We have online report forms so that you can tell us about things that concern you:
You can use the contact us form to make general enquiries or use the feedback form to make compliments, complaints and suggestions.
If you wish to make a formal complaint see our complaints procedure.
Email
We may reply to your requests or enquiries by secure email called Egress.
By phone
If you do not know which service to contact or for services who have not put their contact details on their web pages or to speak to a named member of staff you can call the Cheshire East Information Line - 0300 123 5500. To call from abroad dial +44 (or 00 44) 1625 378102
We may record calls for quality, training and auditing purposes, and to help resolve complaints. We keep all recordings for 12 months.
We occasionally carry out live monitoring of calls, where we listen to calls in real time. This is also done for quality, training and auditing purposes, and to help resolve complaints.
0300 telephone numbers are designated for use only by public bodies and non-profit organisations. Calls to 0300 numbers cost no more than a national rate call to an 01 or 02 number and count towards any inclusive minutes in the same way as 01 and 02 calls. These rules apply to calls from any type of phone including mobile, BT, other fixed line or payphone.
If you are hearing or speech impaired, you can use: RELAY UK 18001 then 0808 808 0123
