The Customer Service enquiry desk is by appointment only, and both this desk and the public computers close down 15 minutes before the library closing time.

Free parking is available in the Scotch Common car park opposite the library.
Disabled parking
There is one disabled parking space next to the library and several designated spaces available in the Scotch Common car park opposite the library.
Customer service desk
Appointments must be made in advance for help with a Customer Service Desk (Blue Badge, Benefits, Railcards) enquiry. Appointments can be made in person or by calling the library.

Other organisations in this library
Other groups meet at the library regularly, including Sandbach Carers Hub, Sandbach Bereavement Group, Sandbach Knights Junior Chess Club, Sew & Sews and Sandbach History Society. These groups are run independently of Cheshire East Libraries and have their own organisational arrangements. They can be contacted directly through their websites and social media pages.

Cheshire East Family Hub
Sandbach Library Babies Together on Thursdays at 10am to 11:30am.
For babies 0 to walking, this is a relaxed, fun and interactive session with lots of singing and play. You can meet other parents/carers and gain new ideas for your baby and discover ways to support your babies ongoing development. This is a weekly drop-in session, whilst the library is closed. There is no need to book, just come along.
Sandbach & District u3a
- Notice Board - There is a u3a notice board at the rear of the library on the ground floor
- u3a Post Box - Beneath the notice board is a post box where you can leave general correspondence
The u3a hold an information desk on the first floor at the following times:
- September and October on the second and fourth Wednesday of the month between 10:30am and 11:30am
- November to June on the second Wednesday of the month between 10:30 and 11:30am
