This page provides an index of adopted planning policy and guidance documents in Cheshire East. It includes documents that are part of the statutory development plan and others that may be material considerations in making planning decisions. Please note that documents adopted or approved by one of the former councils are only relevant to the area previously covered by the council that adopted them. The map of former districts shows the areas covered by each former council.
