Covid-19 planning service

Our Planning service continues to operate within Government guidelines. We are registering planning applications. We are making decisions for delegated items where appropriate publicity has been carried out and our officers have all the information they require.

We have suspended site visits and we are unable to carry out all the publicity requirements in some instances which will lead to delays on some applications.  We are sending out neighbour notification letters.

Applications scheduled for committee are being delayed while we put in place a new process to determine those applications.
