Registration Service Compliments and Complaints

The Registration Service is committed to delivering an excellent customer service to all our customers, as set out in the Customer Charter.

Customer satisfaction

We receive regular feedback from our customers. Customers let us know they are satisfied with the service received by sending complimentary emails and positive comments on the Cheshire East feedback forms.
Where customer dissatisfaction with the service is received, either by complaints or negative feedback, we use this as an opportunity to improve our services. It is important for us to have feedback from customers so that if we get things wrong, we can put things right in the future.
The number of compliments and positive comments received far outweigh the numbers of complaints and negative comments.

Making a suggestion or a compliment

You may wish to tell us if we have succeeded in providing a high-quality service, a member of staff has impressed you or just to comment on how we could improve our service. If you would like to suggest any compliments or suggestions, please visit Contact details for Cheshire East Register Office.

Making an informal complaint

If you are unhappy with a service provided, please give us the opportunity to resolve your concerns informally by contacting us. Visit Contact details for Cheshire East Register Office.

Making a formal complaint

You may feel it necessary to make a formal complaint if your informal complaint does not resolve your issues. You can do this by visiting Customer feedback, complaints and compliments.
