Rossmill Volunteer Day

Description

Himalayan balsam is an invasive, non-native plant that flourishes in our climate to the point of excluding our native plants.

Thankfully it is easy to hand pull but unfortunately there is lots of it, definitely a case of many hands making light work, so please join the Bollin Valley Rangers and BEACON volunteers in confronting this invasive plant.

Booking in advance is essential. Please bring gardening gloves and a packed lunch. Suitable for anyone over the age of 10.

Time: 10:00amĀ - 3:00pm.
