Loneliness and social isolation JSNA

We have undertaken a review to understand people’s experiences of Loneliness and Social Isolation across Cheshire East. This work helps us to see where the gaps in support services are and make better decisions to meet the needs of our residents.

When collating intelligence for this JSNA (Joint Strategic Needs Assessment), consideration was given to protected characteristics, but it is not an alternative to drafting an equality impact assessment for other work for example when recommissioning a service. Therefore, where applicable an EIA (Equality Impact Assessment) should be completed using the intelligence within this and other JSNAs.

Sometimes errors come to light after a JSNAs has been published. If this is the case, any amendments or inclusions will be detailed on a version control table on page 2 of the JSNAs documents.
