We have prepared these guidelines for property developers to ensure that Cheshire East Council’s waste and recycling collection service can be properly implemented in flats, apartments and developments with communal facilities and applies to any development, redevelopment, conversion or change of use into a residential use that would require planning permission.

For properties with individual 240 litre bins, the resident needs to register for Council Tax, then order and pay for their bins.
