What is MyCareView?

MyCareView is a digital initiative that aims to put you in control of your health and wellbeing.

MyCareView includes a range of interconnected person-centred digital services, including:

• MyCareView Patient Portal (powered by Patients Know Best)
• LiveWell Cheshire East (powered by Cheshire East Council)
• Referral to Wellbeing (powered by Health Unlocked)

It is part of a vision of a health and social system in Cheshire East that is connected, convenient, and provides informed, consistent care; regardless of your personal situation, or any conditions you might live with.

We believe that people across Cheshire East should have the digital tools and the ability to take control of their own lives. That’s what MyCareView provides.

It is led by Cheshire East Council, in partnership with NHS Cheshire CCG.
