In Cheshire East, the MyCareView initiative, gives you access to a range of interconnected tools, to help you manage your condition, and live better:

MyCareView Patient Portal – powered by Patients Know Best

The MyCareView Patient Portal, uses the Patients Know Best platform to bring you a safe, private, and convenience way of seeing your health records, letters and appointments; and contacting your GP or clinical team. In some GP practices you can also access it through the NHS App.

NHS App

The NHS App is now available for everyone in Cheshire and helps you manage all of your primary care (GP) records, make appointments, and order prescriptions.

For GP practices in East Cheshire, you can access your MyCareView Patient Portal through the NHS App, so you’ll see everything on one easy-to-use smartphone app.
