In support of this removal, we propose to add the following condition"The outside area is to be regularly monitored by member of staff, when occupied, during the hours the area is open to the public";
  • Amend condition 9 Annex 2 to read "All children must vacate the premises by 21:00, unless they are finishing a table meal or attending a pre-booked private function when  they will be allowed on the premises until the meal or function has finished".
