Description

A 16km (10 mile) circular walk exploring the great walking opportunities around Congleton and. weather permitting, enjoying the local scenery and views. 

Starting from Astbury Mere Country Park and following Lamberts Lane, the Macclesfield Canal, Dane-in-Shaw Pasture SSSI, the Biddulph Valley Way, Congleton Edge and local public footpaths. 

Booking and payment in advance is essential. Adults £5, children 16 or under go free. Suitable for anyone over the age of 12.
