The evidence relating to employment needs is set out in the employment land review and updated by the Alignment of Economic, Employment and Housing Strategy (PDF, 1.5MB).

Employment land review

The 2012 Employment Land Review considers the need for employment land for B1 (now E(g)), B2 and B8 uses over the period from 2009-2030, and forms part of the evidence base for the Local Plan. It comprises the main report and a series of appendices:
