Information for professionals

Make a referral for help, support or safeguarding concerns

Use the Cheshire East Together for Families Multi-Agency Referral Form (MARF) to:

  • request help and support for an unborn baby, child, young person or family
  • raise concerns about a child's safety or wellbeing
  • share information about unmet needs that may require additional support
Complete a multi-agency referral form

Using one referral form helps make sure children, young people and families get the right help at the right time. It also supports information sharing between relevant services.

Screening tools

If you are a professional, we recommend completing the relevant screening tools before contacting Together for Families. These help identify the nature and level of concern.

Need advice before making a referral?

If you are unsure whether a referral is needed or which pathway is most appropriate, contact us for a professional consultation. This helps ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time.
