Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) are legal documents that govern or restrict the use of public roads, allowing for enforcement to take place. Before a permanent TRO is put in place on the highway, we consult with local stakeholders.

during office hours 8:30am – 5:00pm
Call the Out of hours team on 0300 123 5025
after 5pm and before 8:30am, including weekends.
