Welfare to Work directory

The Cheshire East Welfare to Work Partnership have developed a downloadable directory of services (PDF, 2.3MB) designed to connect individuals with support organisations that can help with employment, training, CVs, skill development, mental health support and general wellbeing.

Supported Employment

For individuals requiring tailored support, such as those with disabilities, learning difficulties, autism, mental health, or other complex needs, the council’s Supported Employment team offers specialist assistance to help them access and sustain meaningful employment. The team provides person-centred support and works closely with employers to ensure appropriate workplace adjustments are made, fostering inclusive and supportive working environments where individuals can thrive. Find more information on Supported Employment.

Add your service to the directory

If you are a service providing employment support to any of the above and are not in the directory, contact supportedemployment@cheshireeast.gov.uk

Joining the directory makes it easier for individuals and partner organisations to discover and connect with your support services.
