Green Spaces for Wellbeing

The Green Spaces for Wellbeing programme is for adults aged 18 years and over and is designed around the ‘Five Ways to Wellbeing’. Nature-based activities, held at sites including Queens Park, help prevent and tackle mental ill health, and support people with long-term health conditions.

Facilities and information

The toilets at Queens Park will be temporarily closed on weekdays while the council finds a new operator for the café. We expect to have a new provider for the café in place for the summer season.

  • Parklife at the Lakeside Pavilion, spring/summer opening hours from 9am–6pm Monday to Friday. Saturday and Sunday 8.30am– 6pm
