CeCe can handle a wide variety of requests in real time. She's designed to process questions quickly, providing prompt and accurate responses – significantly reducing the need to wait on hold or for our phone lines to be open.
Many of our customers ask similar questions about a few services – with many of these having simple answers. When CeCe handles these simple customer questions, our customer service staff can focus on more complex tasks and provide personalised support for those who need it.
