Before you apply

Before applying for a gambling premises licence, make sure you meet the eligibility requirements and have the information you need.

You must:

• be aged 18 or over
• have the right to occupy the premises
• hold, or have applied for, the relevant operating licence from the Gambling Commission

What you'll need

When you apply, you must provide:

• the correct application form
• the relevant application fee
• a plan of the premises drawn to scale
