Manage an existing licence

You must tell us about certain changes to your gambling premises licence and, in some cases, submit an application before changes can be made. You may also need to transfer, reinstate or request a copy of your licence.

Transfer a licence

A gambling premises licence can be transferred to another person, provided they hold a valid operating licence issued by the Gambling Commission.

Vary a licence

You must apply for a variation if you want to make changes to an existing premises licence.

Reinstate a licence

You can apply to reinstate a premises licence where applicable.

Request a copy licence

If your licence has been lost, damaged or destroyed, you can request a copy licence.

Annual fees

Premises licence holders must pay an annual fee. The first annual fee is payable within 30 days of the licence being issued. After that, annual fees must be paid before the anniversary of the licence being granted. Reminder letters will be sent to licence holders.
