The quickest and easiest way to get a copy business rates bill is to use your Cheshire East account (you can register for a Cheshire East account if you don't already have one).

If there have been changes to your business rates account, you will need to tell us about these changes before we can issue a new bill. The easiest way to tell us about any changes to your business rates account is to fill in our online form using the button below. You can do this at any time of day or night.

Tell us about a change to your account

If you are unable to register for an online account, you can request a paper copy business rates bill. The copy bill will be sent by 2^nd class post to the correspondence address that is shown on your business rates account. 

We will aim to issue the copy bill within 8 working days, but this may be longer during busy periods.
