Buerton Neighbourhood Plan

Information

The Plan was produced by the steering group in cooperation with Buerton Parish Council. The neighbourhood area 2 November 2014, and closed on the 17 December 2014. The neighbourhood area was designated on the 23 February 2015.

Consultation on the draft Plan took place between the 6 March 2017 and  16 April 2017. The submission Plan public consultation took place between the 5 July 2017, and closed on the 18 August 2017. Independent examination on the submitted Plan took place between the 30 August 2017 and 3 October 2017.

Incorporating the examiner's recommendations from their report, local referendum on the Plan took place on the 23 November 2017, and returned a 'yes' vote in favour of the plan. The Plan was made on the 23 November 2017.
