Learning disabilities respite provision in Cheshire East
Accommodation based respite support for individuals with learning disabilities in Cheshire East is one part of a new respite support service. The focus is on providing modern and flexible support which aims to enable the cared for person to retain and develop skills and independence.
The service enables Carers to have a break from their caring role, knowing the cared for person is being appropriately supported.
Booking your planned respite care
To find out whether you are entitled to an allocation of nights please follow the steps below:
- Contact your Social Work Team to request a Carer’s Assessment:
- Telephone 0300 123 5010 or
- email: respiteservices@cheshireeast.gov.uk
- Once you have received your allocation of nights contact the dedicated carer respite number to book your stay on telephone 01270 686 428.
