Care Where We Live: National Adult Social Care Consultation
The Local Government Association (LGA) has launched a national consultation, Care Where We Live, to gather feedback from people with experience of adult social care. The consultation is open until Friday 27 March 2026.
This is a national consultation open to anyone with experience of adult social care. It’s an opportunity for you to have your say and share your own experiences.

The consultation is open until Friday 27 March 2026, and can be completed online on the Safe Spaces consultation platform.
The link will take you to the consultation platform, where you can register and complete the survey.

- Family carers
- Anyone with lived experience of adult social care
- Care home and domiciliary care staff
- Supported living providers
Why your views matter
Your feedback will help shape national recommendations on:

- market stability
- improving outcomes and independence for people who draw on care
