Join Anna, from Writing with Purpose, for a guided nature journalling walk through Brereton Heath Local Nature Reserve. Using simple journalling prompts inspired by the work of John Muir Laws, this gentle walk uses the natural world as a companion for personal reflection, mindful noticing, and journalling for clarity and wellbeing. No writing experience or mindfulness background needed. Pens and paper provided.

Booking and payment in advance is essential. Cost £10 (plus booking fee).
