Forest-Bathing Walk with Tea Amongst the Trees at Tegg’s Nose - September
Wednesday, 2 September 2026.

Description
Join Amanda, from Lets Step In, as she guides you on a thoughtfully curated forest-bathing walk to help you slow down, quieten the mind, and awaken your senses so that you can experience the medicine and magic of connecting with nature.
Over the morning you’ll explore the peaceful woodland at lower Tegg’s Nose Country Park, settling into the gentle rhythm of nature which will nurture your wellbeing and bring balance to your mind, body, and spirit.
As you group we’ll flow through the trees, pausing to explore the activities offered, enjoying solo time, and coming together to share over what we’re noticing. Towards the end you’ll gather for tea to awaken the sense of taste and bring a gentle touch of ceremony into the day.
Booking and payment in advance is essential. Cost £30.
