Relationship breakdown

A breakdown in relationships in the home can occur between marital/common law partners but also between parents and their teenage children and wider family and friends. If this happens to you, we may be able to mediate between conflicting parties or may refer you to mediation services who will support families and help negotiate terms to resolve disputes.

The aim of mediation is to help resolve relationship problems so as to improve the living conditions for all parties. It is hoped that this would be a long term solution; however it can be used to improve a situation whilst looking for alternative solutions.

Legal support can be provided by Keogh's Solicitors who have also recently received funding to carry out Legal Aid work in the Cheshire East area. Any household that requires legal representation and may be eligible for Legal Aid funding should contact 0161 928 9321.
