What personal information is being processed and what for

When you make an enquiry for ECO 4 Flexible Eligibility, we collect personally identifiable information to enable us to assess eligible for ECO 4 Flexible Eligibility.

The information may include your name, address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, details of income from employment, pensions and/or welfare benefits  for you and other household members and medical information you provide in support of your enquiry.

Why we are allowed to use your information

The legal basis for using your personal information is because you give us consent. 

The legal basis for using your health information is because you give us explicit consent.

Who we will share your information with

If your enquiry is successful, we will share your information with the supplier who will arrange and finance the work to your home, and with Ofgem who are the regulatory body for the ECO4 Flexible Eligibility scheme.

Where we get your information from

Information will normally come from you. In some cases the information may be provided to us by the supplier where you have given them consent to do so.

Health information will normally come from a health professional such as a GP or other health care provider.

How long we will keep your personal information

We will keep your data for a maximum period of 6 years.

How your information is stored

information provided to us is kept on secure electronic systems. These are all only accessible to staff that need it, and secured by passwords and, where appropriate, encryption.
