Open Space Disposal - Land on the South Side of Walker Lane, Sutton, Macclesfield, SK11 0DZ
It is proposed that Cheshire East Borough Council (“the Council”) dispose of land on the south side of Walker Lane which is adjacent to 53 Walker Lane and which is shown on the Plan edged red and currently classified as public open space. The Council is the freehold owner of the Land. It is proposed that the area of land as shown edged red on the Plan will be transferred out of the Council’s freehold ownership but retaining any rights and easements required by the Council to facilitate access to and use of the Council’s retained adjacent land including the adjacent bus shelter.
