Open space disposal - Adelaide Street, Crewe ("The Property")
Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government Planning and Land Act 1980
It is proposed that Cheshire East Borough Council (“the Council”) dispose of open land and to grant rights over open land situated at Adelaide Street Garage site Crewe, Cheshire which is public open space.
The extent of the land to be disposed of is shown edged red on the attached plan. The land is currently classified as public open space.
The Council is the Freehold owner of the Land.
It is proposed that the property known as Adelaide Street Garage site, Crewe will be disposed of by way of transfer after public auction together with such rights of way and easements over the land and any of the Council’s adjacent retained land as are necessary to facilitate access to and use of the land.
