High Court Injunction Order - The Barony Playing Fields, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 5QY
HHJ Sephton granted an Order in the Manchester High Court on 12 August 2022.
The Order states that ‘no one must allow a caravan or mobile home to remain on any part of the site for more than 4 hours without the written signed permission of an authorised person or for more than 4 hours after being required by an authorised person to move it’.
If a caravan or mobile home is parked for more than 4 hours that person/s may be in contempt of court and may be imprisoned, fined or have their assets seized.
