Vacancy for the office of councillor for Macclesfield Central ward at Cheshire East Council

Cheshire East Council has given notice that, under the terms of the 1972 Local Government Act, a vacancy exists for the post of councillor for Macclesfield Central ward.

The vacancy follows the recent resignation of Ashley Farrall.

An election to fill the vacancy will be held if notice is given to the council, by two local electors for the area, requesting an election be held.
