Reconsider a Blue Badge decision

If we’ve told you that you’re not eligible for a blue badge, but you think we didn’t consider all the relevant information, you can ask us to look at your application again. View our blue badge reconsideration policy (PDF, 74KB)

How to ask for a reconsideration

You should ask for a reconsideration within 28 days of getting your decision email or letter. To ask for a reconsideration, you will need to:

• give the reference number and application decision date (shown on your email or letter)
• provide details as to why you think you qualify for a Blue Badge
• upload any supporting evidence

We aim to review your request within 6 weeks.
