Willaston Neighbourhood Plan

Information

The Plan was produced by the steering group in cooperation with Willaston Parish Council. The neighbourhood area consultation began on the 30 March 2015, and closed on the 5 May 2015. The neighbourhood area was designated on the 26 May 2015.

Consultation on the draft Plan took place between the 20 December 2016 and 31 January 2017. The submission Plan public consultation took place between the 14 June 2017 and the 28 July 2017. Independent examination on the submitted Plan took place between the 4 September 2017 and the 17 October 2017.

Incorporating the examiner's recommendations from their report, local referendum on the Plan took place on the 7 December 2017, and returned a 'yes' vote in favour of the plan. The Plan was made on the 7 December 2017.
