Information

The Plan was produced by the steering group in cooperation with Ollerton with Marthall Parish Council. The neighbourhood area was designated on the 13 October 2017.

Consultation on the draft Plan took place between the 1 May 2022 and 13 June 2022. The submission Plan public consultation took place between the 11 August 2025 and 24 September 2025. Independent examination on the submitted Plan took place between the 22 October 2025 and  22 January 2026.

Incorporating the examiner's recommendations from their report, the decision to proceed to referendum was decided on the 24 April 2026, and local referendum on the Plan took place on the 2 July 2026, and returned a 'yes' vote in favour of the plan. The Plan was made on the 13 August 2025.
