Holmes Chapel Neighbourhood Plan

Information

The Plan was produced by the steering group in cooperation with Holmes Chapel Parish Council. The neighbourhood area consultation began on the 14 January 2015 and closed on the 27 February 2015. The neighbourhood area was designated on the 13 April 2015.

Consultation on the draft Plan took place between the 30 April 2016 and 10 June 2016. The submission Plan public consultation took place between the 15 August 2016 and 26 September 2016. Independent examination on the submitted Plan took place between the 28 October 2016 and 23 November 2016.

Incorporating the examiner's recommendations from their report, local referendum on the Plan took place on the 9 March 2017, and returned a 'yes' vote in favour of the plan. The Plan was made on the 18 April 2017.
