You can ask your school or college to help you arrange this. Your family or friends may know of businesses who can offer you work experience. You can contact businesses directly if there is somewhere that you would like to work. Make sure the business knows that you have special needs. You can share your vocational profile if you have one.
You can gain valuable work experience through volunteering and participating in community projects.
