Project overview

The IT equipment we use is old and not working very well and we have been advised it needs replacing.

What support is needed

We are having issues with our laptop not starting up due to not finding the hard disc. We have been advised that it needs replacement. Our office computer is also very old and slow. The CPU is an old celeron which could also do with an update. The printer is a mintolta BIZHUB 220 but the paper keeps jamming and we have been advised that it needs replacement rollers which are not available any more.

What difference would it make to our project?

If we had replacement IT equipment, it would mean we could carry out our tasks much more quickly and effectively, without having the concern that they will breakdown.
