Appeal a Blue Badge decision

You should appeal within 28 days of receiving your application decision email or letter. To appeal you will need to:

  • give the reference number and application decision date (shown on your email or letter)
  • provide details as to why you think you qualify for a Blue Badge
  • upload any supporting evidence
