Changes to FlexiLink services

The council is making changes to its Demand Responsive Transport services across Cheshire East.

The current FlexiLink service will be brought together with the go-too ‘on demand’ bus service to operate under the go-too brand from August 2026. This will create a single demand responsive service operating across the borough.

The go-too service was introduced as a pilot in Nantwich in 2021 and is now being expanded following a service review.

From August 2026:

• FlexiLink services will operate as part of go-too
• The service will cover all of Cheshire East, operating within four zones
• Journeys will continue to be available for residents where no suitable public transport alternative exists

The service will operate:

• Monday to Friday: 09:30-14:30 and 16:30-21:00
• Saturday: 09:00-18:00

Fares will be:

• £4 per journey (aged 16+)
• £2 (under 16s)
• Free travel for concessionary bus pass holders

Further updates will be shared in advance of the changes to support FlexiLink passengers during the transition.
