Our annual Infrastructure Funding Statement summarises financial and non-financial developer contributions relating to Section 106 and Section 278 (highways works) agreements and the Community Infrastructure Levy.
It identifies infrastructure projects that we plan to (or may) fund using developer contributions. It also explains how we allocate CIL receipts.
We will publish town and parish council CIL reports at the request of the council concerned.
