Inspectors from Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission recently found that effective communication with families about changes to SEND services could be improved and as a result, driving up the number of parents and carers on our email database is a key communication priority.

SENDing you the news was created in 2018 as a way of communicating updates from the Cheshire East 0-25 SEND Partnership improvement plan with the aim of:

• Improving the quality and clarity of information that is shared amongst stakeholders
• Increasing visibility of SEND across partners
• Celebrating successes of our children and young people and the services/people that support them
