National Highways and Transport network (NHT) Public Satisfaction Survey

5,000 NHT public satisfaction surveys have been sent out to a random selection of households within Cheshire East. The independent survey run by Ipsos Mori will collect opinions and satisfaction with the Highway and Transport Services in our area. Those receiving the survey can complete it either online or using the paper survey and return it in the included freepost envelope.

We have paid for 5,000 surveys, so 5,000 surveys will be sent out to the randomly selected households within Cheshire East, no one can request a copy of a survey. However, this year up to two members of any household can complete the survey online by using the two codes supplied.

The survey will be open until the 28 August.
