Community asset transfers

Our Community Asset Transfer Framework sets out the criteria and process for us to transfer assets of land or property to  town and parish councils and other eligible organisations.

The aim of the policy is to encourage the best use of buildings and assets to support community organisations. Local people will have control over how the buildings and spaces are used.
