Housing Benefit Award Accuracy Initiative
Housing Benefit Award Accuracy Initiative (HBAAI) is a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) initiative to improve the accuracy of Housing Benefit payments.
For the year 2026-27, the DWP has requested we review all pension age standard Housing Benefit claims that are not in receipt of Pension Credit.
