  • your badge has been damaged
  • your badge has been lost or stolen
  • your badge has not been received

Once the £10 payment has been received you should allow up to 7 working days to process an application for a replacement badge.

If you change your name

If your name has legally changed, you can request a replacement Blue Badge in your new name for a fee of £10. Alternatively, you may continue using your current Blue Badge until it is due for renewal, at which point you can submit your renewal application under your new name.

If you have moved house

If your address has changed, please email us at bluebadge@cheshireeast.gov.uk to update your details.

If you have moved within the Cheshire East area, you can continue to use your current Blue Badge until it is due for renewal. At that point, you can submit your renewal application with your new address. If you have moved outside the Cheshire East area, your Blue Badge will be transferred to your new local authority.
