Gambling

This activity is now more accessible than ever and is also more widely advertised.  Gambling is an addiction which can grow over time with the steady increase of activity – an addicted gambler may not even realise that they have a problem. Gamblers are often best treated with behavioural therapy or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), this is often the same therapy which is used to treat substance misuse.
