Great British Summer Savings free bus travel
This August, children aged under 16 can travel for free on Cheshire East bus services as part of the UK Government's Great British Summer Savings initiative.
The school holidays can be an expensive time for families, with travel costs often adding to the price of a day out. To help families make the most of the summer, participating bus operators across Cheshire East are removing fares for children throughout August.
From 1 to 31 August inclusive, children under 16 can travel free on eligible local bus services, making it easier and more affordable to visit friends and family, enjoy days out, and explore what Cheshire East and the surrounding area have to offer.
Whether you're heading to the cinema, visiting a local attraction, enjoying a family meal, or simply getting out and about, free bus travel can help reduce the cost of your journey.
