This relates to compulsory school aged children/young people only.
When a young person reaches Year 11, their case worker will be reassigned to the Post-16 team. If you would like to know who this is email Post16SEND@cheshireeast.gov.uk
If the school is not listed below, this may be because it is a school that is not listed under Special schools and colleges approved under Section 41 (in England and Wales) of the Children and Families Act. For more information email SENTeamEast@cheshireeast.gov.uk.
