Reeds Bridge, B5470 Macclesfield Road

Following a road traffic collision, the north parapet of Reeds Bridge has suffered extensive damage.

What is happening

We have installed temporary concrete barriers on the bridge, which have reduced the width of the carriageway to a single lane. To manage traffic safely, temporary traffic signals have been installed and will remain in place until repairs can be carried out.
